Share the World

'Share the World' has arranged projects to restore North Korean temples and support North Korea. It has supported the excavation and restoration of Gaeseong Yeongtongsa Temple, the project to restore temples related to Tiantai Buddhism. The restoration project of Yeongtongsa Temple is very meaningful in that Tiantai Buddhism has lead the promotion of cultural exchanges between South Korea and North Korea. Based on these results, Share the World promoted the excavation investigation and resporation project of the historic site of Gukcheongsa Temple in Gaeseong. However, the project has drifted due to political problems between South Korea and North Korea. However, Tiantai Buddhism has the will to promote the restoration project of Cukcheonsa Temple when the relationship between South Korea and North Korea will be back on track.
