For the matrix, Monthly Cheontae Jounal was first published on May 1, 1979. By November 2006, the corporate body was completed to be registered as Geumgang Buddhist News Co., Ltd. And the first issue was published on Buddha's Birthday, May 2007. Geumgang Buddhist News that has been issued once per month has become the newspaper that represents the Buddhist world by publishing Buddhism specialization, NGO, publication, and various special articles with the news of the monastic order.
